The Software Account Manager is a quota carrying, team oriented and experienced sales executive focused on directly driving the sale of Quest’s MPM solution portfolio, and identifying opportunities and leading sales engagements. Our Software Account Managers have an entrepreneurial team spirit, can influence change, and want to leverage the many global resources available at Quest. If you join our team, you will orchestrate the software sales engagement, win competitive opportunities, expand existing customers, collaborate with Quest's business partners and other Quest business units and guide our customers to invest in Quest’s software solutions.

We are seeking a Systems Engineering Advisor to join our team. In this position, you will be based remotely, providing support for IT infrastructure for labs and SaaS applications.
This role would be ideally suited to a person who is passionate about system administration. You will be required to take ownership of systems and processes and constantly improve them.
As a Tech Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support across Quest Data Protection suite of products via phone, chat, web & emails in 24x7x365 days environment. Stellar customer service and handling skills and the ability to interface, collaborate and prioritize customer issues with development and effectively communicate solutions to customers is crucial to the role. You will also assist customers with deployment of Data Protection solutions like AppAssure, NetVault, QoreStor and vRanger doing troubleshooting of backup, restore, replication, virtualization, performance, storage configuration and others.

The Sales Account Manager I will be responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting/cold calling, qualifying, negotiation, and closing) of Quest's solutions into a State, Local & Higher Ed/geographic territory.
The Enterprise Data Specialist will play a key role working as part of a fast paced enterprise focused team that is tasked with planning, execution, testing and deploying enterprise data conversions on large integration projects and business acquisitions.
The position will be responsible for advising on and developing new policies, procedures, and protocols for data management. This role will work with data-related tasks such as data definitions, modelling, cleansing, translations and reporting.
