The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Analyst is to support the Software Sales and Renewals organizations through customer, operational and business support. Responsible for completing tasks that aid in timely support of Sales and Renewals teams by adhering to processes and procedures relating to pricing quotes, order fulfilment, license transfers/name changes, asset management, and communication.

 

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, self-starter with high attention to details, flexible to adjust to business requirements as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business support for internal teams to ensure efficient completion of requests. Includes but not limited to building complex quotes (Enterprise License Agreements, Compliance, Upgrades, Swaps), and confirming suitability of order documentation
  • Coordinate with other departments to secure needed deliverables
  • Coordinate with Legal team to ensure documents are up to date and applicable
  • Communicate clear instructions to internal teams to educate on our processes/procedures
  • Provide world class customer service to both our internal and external customers

 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent, plus 2-4 years related experience in similar position supporting sales organization (Sales Support, Sales Operations, Order Management, Finance)
  • 1-3 years of experience building quotes with Salesforce CPQ or Steelbrick CPQ
  • MSP business experience a plus
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • High attention to detail & multitasking is a must. Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize objectively and time management.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and fast changing environment
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes
  • Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Standard office hours with the expectation that extra hours may be required around our busiest time of the month/quarter/year.
