Quest is an award-winning IT management software provider offering a broad selection of solutions that solve some of the most common and most challenging IT problems. We are currently looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Director located remotely in the United States.


The Talent Acquisition organization is critical to develop both long-term and short-term strategies to ensure we are attracting, engaging, identifying, and cultivating relationships with global talent. As the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, you will shape the strategy behind our efforts to build a diverse and talented workforce. In this role, you will prioritize team resources and manage performance metrics to achieve hiring targets and optimize client and candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Director plays an advisory role to the business leaders on the Talent Strategy from an acquisition of talent perspective while ensuring adherence to applicable government regulations.


-Lead the global Talent Acquisition teams focused on Employment Branding, Industry and Campus Programs, and Employee Referrals

-Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruiters to successfully deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity, ensuring each team member's personal growth and career development

-Plans, develops and drives sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with hiring leaders

-Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters, job boards, job fairs and various job search websites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates

-Evaluate reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. and takes appropriate corrective actions. Keeps the business leaders and Senior HR Leaders apprised of progress made

-Ensure our process, candidate pipeline and outcomes are equitable and represent the markets we operate in

-Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements for the local labor code


-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

-10+years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

-8+ years of experience managing and leading teams, building applicant pipelines, and planning strategy in technological environments
