One Identity is seeking a Bid/Proposal Writer to work within the Technical Sales practice globally but based in EMEA, focusing on RFP/RFI responses on our business based IAM solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the software security space. The position will be based in Ireland, as a remote worker.
Objectives / Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as part of a rapidly growing team of experienced Pre-Sales professionals. Good communication and writing skills, as well as strong organisational and analytic skills are desired. You will be working remotely in Ireland and your work will span across North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As a successful Bid/Proposal Writer, you will learn to work with minimal supervision to support your team and operate as a member of a virtual product team spanning 4 continents and time zones. A flexible attitude and capacity for absorbing information and tasks is essential. You will gain exposure to enterprise software sales, so some knowledge of technology is desired though not essential. Customer service, winning with integrity and professionalism are our core principles.

Work alongside some of the most renowned experts in cyber security and identity management.
Work with our Bid Manager to assist with RFP/RFI responses
-Learn and use the RFP360 answer repository
-Write good strong answers to technical and non-technical questions using the database of responses.
-Check over existing answers and correct as necessary.
-Work with multiple time-zones and cultures
-Work with the Pre-Sales teams to fine tune the responses.
Assist the Bid Manager to organise win/loss data
-Facilitate and assist the gathering of the right people
-Manage the process of collecting artefacts and storing them appropriately.
Produce weekly reports for the Technical Sales, Sales Ops and Exec teams
-Report on RFP responses, numbers, questions, updates
-Update SFDC on response status
-Manage the above processes
-Advise the team on new methods bringing a fresh perspective to our procedures
-Be pro-active in recognising where you can assist the team to be successful
-Work with the general One Identity sales teams where required
-Be available for Ad Hoc projects for Pre-Sales and also EMEA VP Sales and his team
-Clear understanding of Windows based applications
-Understanding of technical terms and glossary
-Exceptional written English
-2nd European language desirable

-Strong written and oral communication skills
