Quest is looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Trainer to focus on training our sales teams on efficiently and effectively using the company's tools and systems. This position will focus on helping ensuring our teams use the systems to their fullest capability. Goals will include onboarding new hires, training existing employees, implementation of new business processes, and ensuring success of digital investments.

-Assist North America Sales Enablement team with Build out of onboarding content & touchpoint strategy
-Proactively engage with sales leaders and internal subject matter experts to develop new content
-Work with stakeholders to understand challenges and develop content
-Facilitate ongoing training design, development & delivery
-Ongoing measurement of training efforts
-Management and Delivery of learning and enablement tools
-Manage communication of training initiatives, updates and events
-Work with the broader Sales Strategy & Enablement team on integrated projects, initiatives and cross functional learning opportunities
-Measure the ROI of digital adoption initiatives
-Manage the ROI of all delivered trainings-Report on training effectiveness
-Design and Deliver high quality sales training programs and oversee training material development and suggest improvements
-Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations)
-Stay up to date with employee trends
-Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts (A way to scale the training and support Personal Development for the employees who want to take more responsibility)
-Map out annual/Half year training plans for management, HR, customer support and more
-Market available training (EMEA) to employees and provide necessary information about sessions, this to support Personal Development
-Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
-Research and recommend new training methods
-3+ years experience with sales, learning and development or other relevant areas
-Experience with Salesforce.com and digital adoption platforms preferred (WalkMe, etc)
-Open to 25% travel
-Excels in execution, meeting deadlines and creating exceptional experiences across all training touch points
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment and align to business priorities
-Experience working with subject matter experts at all levels to design and develop sales training content
-Background in LMS system management and sales enablement platforms
-Strong collaboration, project management and communication skills
-Ability to handle multiple priorities
