This is an exciting opportunity to join Quest Software as a Field Marketing Manager supporting UKI, the Nordics and Benelux regions. The right candidate will be responsible for direct field marketing and channel marketing activities supporting all Quest business units (Information Management, Platform Management, Data Protection, Unified Endpoint Management, and One Identity). This critical role within the Marketing organization is responsible for aligning to sales to support their business across routes to market. This person is also responsible for Channel MDF and opex budget management for the UKI, Nordics and Benelux regions. The successful candidate will be part of a fun, engaging and collaborative Marketing team dedicated to supporting our Sales teams and serving our customers.




• Liaison between sales and the marketing organization responsible for pipeline generation via regional field tactics
• Responsible for advising sales on appropriate field engagement across RTMs
• Determines appropriate locations and programs based on business priorities, opportunities, and input from Product Marketing and sales leadership
• Work with Channel Account Managers from all business units on quarterly and/or half yearly Channel MDF plans
• Logistical management of field events including small regional tradeshows/events, sales briefings, shipment of giveaways, venue payment etc.
• Track and manage budget and procurement for field activities
• Utilize Salesforce to forecast, evaluate, measure and report ROI on marketing programs effectiveness to maximize budget and results
• Track quarterly pipeline from events


• 4 + years of marketing experience with a degree (preferably in Marketing/Marketing-related field)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent multitasking skills with minimal oversight
• Eagerness to learn quickly
• Must be a proactive self-starter and problem solver
