We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our creative and enthusiastic development community to create world class software products.
As a team leader you will be responsible for every aspect of developing a product or a major product part. You will lead 1-2 teams with 6-15 engineers. You will be able to make your own decisions but you will be required to make them. You will have a freedom to find out how you develop the roadmap that is defined by product.
Your main tasks will be:
-People management: building up your team, motivate them, help them in their carrier
-Project Management: work together with the team to reach project goals, improve the team’s processes
-Agile coaching whenever the team needs that
-Spend time on your own learning path
-Share your ideas and results with other team leaders in the organization
Ideally you were an engineer before and you know exactly what they are are doing. You have experience with network and security. You are a team player, you are able to connect people and understand them quickly.You are not searching for problems but solving them.
-College or University degree. (IT or related field)
-At least 2 years experience of managing software development projects and leading 5-15 engineers.
-Experience with working in an agile environment.
-A good command of English.
-Confident, proactive, strong sense of responsibility.
-Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
-Knowledge of IT Security.
