Channel Account Manager – Southeast Asia (SEA)

Location: Singapore (preferred)

We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Channel Account Manager to expand and activate our partner ecosystem — driving pipeline, revenue and market growth through the right partnerships.

This is not a partner maintenance role.
This is a growth role.

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Build & Grow Strategic Partnerships


Develop and execute the channel strategy for SEA

• Grow and activate existing partners against agreed business plans
• Recruit new partners with a focus on quality over quantity
• Strengthen relationships across resellers, identity specialists, distributors and strategic alliances

Drive Revenue & Pipeline

Own partner-led outcomes including:


Revenue targets

• Pipeline creation
• Joint account planning and co-sell execution
• Partner-led demand generation initiatives

Enable Partners to Win


Deliver sales and technical enablement aligned to the partner program

• Build joint marketing plans and pipeline programs
• Increase partner mindshare, engagement and field execution

Be the Connector


Drive strong collaboration between partners and local One Identity teams

• Work closely with Sales, Presales and Marketing to create leverage through the ecosystem
• Be a trusted face of One Identity in the channel

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years in channel sales, alliances or partner management in enterprise software/cybersecurity
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity market and partner ecosystem a bonus
  • Proven success driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers and strategic partners
