In this role, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and implementation of core strategic new capabilities poised to change the way One Identity plays in the industry through our partnerships.

 

Our primary partner targets include resellers and identity services providers plus traditional cybersecurity solution providers.

 

Responsibilities

● Collaborate closely with existing partners to meet shared business objectives by:

  1. Achieving agreed revenue and pipeline targets.
  2. Providing sales and technical support aligned with the new partner program.
  3. Creating a partner specific marketing strategy for joint pipeline generation activities.
  4. Fostering mutually beneficial relationships between One Identity and its partners and resellers.

● Identify and recruit new partners in the designated area, emphasizing quality partnerships over quantity and ensuring alignment of new partners with One Identity's profile.

● Maintain regular communication with the local One Identity team by establishing daily contact for active collaboration between our team and channel partners.

● Drive the existing partners in alignment with agreed business plans to achieve joint goals

  1. Jointly agreed revenue goal
  2. Jointly agreed pipeline goal
  3. Sales and technical enablement in alignment with the partner program
  4. A dedicated Marketing plan of activities

● Driving engagement between both organizations, so that there is a continued local touch point of One Identity within the partner

● Identifying and recruiting more partners in the territory. Focus on quality over quantity of partners and ensuring the partner profile matches that of One Identity

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales for complex technical cybersecurit solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in managing channels, distribution and/or software reseller programs
  • Significant hands-on experience and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity industry
  • Proven strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills. A Strong written and verbal communication skills (non English speaking a bonus)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Must demonstrate both personal and professional integrity with the ability to exercise good judgment. A strong channel ecosystem is built on trust and you will be the flag bearer of this key partnerships quality. Must have proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment
  • Strong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a define plan
  • A hunter mentality in building out a successful channel, leveraging existing network of channel partners.
