Overview

Coordinating the project activities of the regional Professional Services team, partners and external contractors to meet the critical outcomes of One Identity customers.

 

Interacts with and supports the Sales team to sell the technology and services of One Identity Solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Project Manager is a pivotal resource and communication conduit between the Sales teams, Customer Success Team (CSM), customers, PSO teams and PMO.
  • Manages and schedules One Identity resources for delivery of projects in conjunction with the PMO
  • Proactive monitoring of risks, issues, scope, utilisation, financials for projects and proactively engages with the Customer/Partner on any issues relating to these
  • Provides Project management duties such as project planning, review (technical and risk) and reporting
  • Ensures delivery of projects are aligned to contractual obligations (scope/effort/outcomes) and escalates issues as required
  • Provides information to CSM in support of issues, escalations and Sales effort
  • Initial project escalation point
  • Responsible for the development of the scope of activities and scope of works for presentation to customers. This also involves understanding the One Identity solutions and specific requirements of major customers and the range of compliance processes
  • Directs the efforts of One Identity consultants and provides oversight into all aspects of project delivery—both at the tactical and strategic lev
  • Provides project delivery reporting to customers, CSM and management as required by the PMO
  • Identifies and escalates delivery issues to management and customers as appropriate. Provides effective stakeholder management to achieve critical outcomes-Provides a process for quality control of customer delivery documentation
  • Utilises collaboration tools to store files and documents that serve various aspects of project delivery
  • Proactively seeks processes and devices to improve the efficiency, productivity and tools to support the activities of the Professional Services team
  • Provides outline project plans and project management activities where appropriate to an engagement.
  • Prepares and presents reports to all levels of leadership and staff
  • Ensures that effective project controls are in place to monitor project performance. Provides effective performance reporting for the customer and One Identity management.
  • Understands the links and dependencies between the projects and other in-flight projects and/or business initiatives
  • Experience at least 7+ years in service delivery management or project management roles within the IT sector

 

Qualifications

  •  Strong Project Manager experience delivering large complex projects in enterprise scale environments
  • Experience in Project Management for a global software vendor will be highly regarded
  • Industry certification(s) in project management will be highly regarded
  • Strong experience in project financial, risk, issue and escalation management

  • Organisational Awareness - develops new approaches and creates and amends business plans to align with understanding of organisational goals and address obstacles, creating linkages with other work areas to support aims.
  • Problem Solving - develops and evaluates solutions with consideration for likely business impacts, developing contingency plans and ensuring customers are actively engaged in the problem solving process.
  • Consultancy - addresses complex issues confidently with customers, using influence and expert analysis to highlight and address issues and create shared solutions that advance the customer’s business consistent with organisational priorities and an assessment of risk.
