We are a rapidly growing company, currently recruiting for a Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll team and we are very excited to talk to individuals that are seeking a challenging and forward-thinking place to work!

We offer both remote and hybrid working models in Hungary.

- Ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and company deductions for multiple payrolls/countries and tax requirements 

- Preparing statistical reports on team member pay, commissions and bonuses, vacation, sick, disability and workers compensation leave, taxes and withholdings 

- Ensuring payroll is processed with speed and accuracy whilst maintaining records and files 

- Serving as liaison to team members and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies 

- Auditing team member pay records, and reconciles totals by department, location, country, etc. 

- Interpreting pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly 

- Ensuring all processes and procedures meet government requirements 

- Experience working across the EMEA region, managing multiple countries and deadlines 

- At least 2 years of experience in a regional position 

- Must be confident in coordinating, conducting and documenting financial analysis/ payroll projects and communicating results 

- Ability to produce and deliver management reports on the status of assigned payroll functions 

- Ideal candidate will have experience of payroll processing for Hungary and other EMEA countries 

- Fluent in English
