Overview

Join One Identity as a Facilities Manager and play a key role in shaping our office locations, facility, and fleet management across EMEA and India. In this high‑impact role, you’ll oversee the design, development, and smooth operation of our office environments—creating spaces where people can thrive and do their best work. 

 

You’ll lead strategic planning for future growth, from optimizing space and workplace layouts to driving long‑term facilities investments. Your work will ensure our offices are safe, sustainable, compliant, and energizing places to be. You’ll also manage key operational programs including vendor relationships, fleet services, mobile services, and physical security, all while keeping a close eye on budgets and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Facilities Management

  • Oversees the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of company office facilities of One Identity in EMEA ad India.
  • Ensures compliance and advises on ways to improve environmental, occupational health and safety policies and procedures within the facility.
  • Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs.
  • Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.
  • Responsible for developing and monitoring budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facilities’ needs.
  • Oversees the coordination of space allocation and layout, communication services and networking requirements.
  • Maintains space and furniture/equipment inventories.
  • Ensure Car Fleet Management & Mobile phones for specific countries, liaising with leasing suppliers and internal departments.
  • Liaise with suppliers on contracts and transfers across legal entities, such as during possible divestments & acquisitions.
  • Supervise invoice administration with regular invoices from lease companies, fleet companies, other facility suppliers.
  • Administration of mobile phones, including invoicing, cost management and contract negotiation.
  • Manage compliance with physical security policy and process.
  • Working with external facilities service providers where needed for providing local support in smaller office locations.
  • Being able to work out plans for providing managed office solutions or opening a new office if needed.
  • Leading a regional facilities team of around 5 people and manages their hiring, staffing, and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Supporting and consulting with the Site Leadership Team on specific sites for office management matters.
  • Liaise with HR and Employer Branding on various activities such as CSR and site level employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

Qualification and experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Economics/Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or Graduate degree in Economics/Engineering and at least 4 years relevant experience.
  • 2+ years managerial/leadership experience, preferable including regional facility management.
  • Experience in multinational environment and working with different cultures.
