Deal with zSeries products and LDAPX excalations from support. Analyze cause of problems and give solutions to customers.

If required create necessary fixes for problems as per fix creation procedures – assembler load fixes or NC panel fixes. For LDAPX , correct and re-compile C code. Perform testing of any fixes.

Manage HDISV environment, include re-applying system customizations on any new zOS images

Provide support for iSereis(AS400) environment. Provide test users and change passords if required.

Must have in depth knowledge of :

In depth IBM assembler programming experience at least 5 years and preferable 10+ years experience

RACF installation, configuration and programming

zOS and zVM SYSPROG skills including installation of zOS from scratch
