Overview

One Identity Ireland is hiring for the role of Human Resources (HR) Services Analyst (HR Coordinator) who will be responsible for providing HR services and employee support for smaller teams in several countries all over EMEA including Ireland, UK, Germany, France and where required within the region.

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to support our growing EMEA Sales Organization. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Revenue Operations, you will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing, pan-EMEA sales structure. This is more than just a support role—you will be a strategic partner, working closely with sales leadership to drive operational efficiency and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support with record keeping, new hire onboarding, employee offboarding, internal transfer, employment contract and addendum preparation and management, reference letters, allowance changes, leave of absence and absence tool management, and physical file handling. 
  • Support country specific tools and systems to complete job duties.  
  • Provide first-touch contact for employees on HR related questions.  
  • Support HR Business Partner on employee relations matters.  
  • Prepare reports for benefits insurance brokers and monthly changes for payroll.  
  • Manage swiss travel registration requests for EU based employees travelling to Switzerland for business travel.  
  • Collaborate with benefits team on the delivery of a wide range of team members benefit administration/programs such as insurance, pension, allowances, medical/ social benefits and claims. This may include team member consultation as well as addressing business escalations and operational issues.  
  • Raise purchase requisitions and handle incoming invoices for HR where needed.  
  • Collaborates across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items and end-to-end process compliance and improvement.  
  • Provide onboarding for new employees joining our company before their hire date and up to 90 days after they are hired. Liaising with hiring managers to act as a point of contact.  
  • Ensure HR practices and procedures comply with internal and external statutory and audit requirements.  
  • Streamline and simplifies end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Provide ongoing HR operations support spanning from transactions to management reporting.  
  • Actively participates in global, regional and local HR initiatives.  

Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field or a comparable education in the field of human resources is desired.  
  • 3+ years relevant experience working in HR environment is required. 
  • Working experience in a global company in multinational environment is preferred. 
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written). 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (minimum B2+ level).  
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word.  
  • Customer Service oriented, high level of data accuracy, and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to multi-task, treat priorities with urgency, handle sensitive and confidential information, and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.  
  • Experience with HR tools and systems as well as Adobe Sign (creating/sending documents) is desired. 
  • Hybrid remote working is preferred.
