Overview

One Identity is looking for a strong TA professional to join the Regional HR team and provide expert support in a fast-paced target driven environment. Responsibilities

  • Manages a mix of hands-on end-to-end hiring activities. 
  • Interacts with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and provide consultative support. 
  • Sources, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements and ensures that the reference checking process is completed. 
  • Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams. 
  • Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools. 
  • Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers / defined panels. 
  • Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate. 
  • Extends offers towards candidates and continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization. Leads and closes all formalities related to onboarding of the candidate. 
  • Coordinates all formalities related to background checks and recruitment system updates. 
  • Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labor code. 
  • Responsible for managing hiring using appropriate strategies to ensure the best quality of hire and cost per hire. 
  • Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. 
  • Work with recruitment agencies as per need. 
  • May develop, support and maintain employment advertising campaigns, college recruiting, recruiting from referrals, affirmative action and career development programs. 
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team on branding activities. 
  • Supports team or other team members on specific project-based hiring requirements through developing appropriate strategies. 
  • Collaborates with internal transfers and promotions through requisitions. 

Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Human Resources or Economics or any other relevant field 
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in recruitment 
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in IT/tech roles is an advantage 
  • Knowledge of best recruitment practices in Ireland 
  • Experience in hiring in other countries in EMEA is a desire 
  • Recruitment experience in-house at a multinational company is a must 
  • Experience of working with senior management teams being able to objectively challenge 
  • Fluency in English language is a must 
  • Knowledge in other European languages is an advantage 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills 
  • Experience with MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word 
  • Focus on customer service, high level of data accuracy, and attention to details 
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, treat priorities with urgency, handle sensitive and confidential information 
  • Ability to create, maintain and develop strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders 
  • Business and commercial awareness in a cost focused environment
