We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of customer facing skills, active engagement with sales account managers and understanding of One Identity's Identity Security portfolio. This role will be based in Cork/hybrid model with French language as a key skill.
-Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
-Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
-Present our company to potential clients
-Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
-Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
-Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account Managers
-Report to the Inside sales management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
-Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new campaign offerings
-Experience: 1+ years in software sales
-Language Skills: Fluent in English and French
-Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Drive: Highly motivated, target-driven, hunter mentality
-Skills: Lead qualification and CRM knowledge, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
-Presentation Abilities: Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
-Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
