We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of customer facing skills, active engagement with sales account managers and understanding of One Identity's Identity Security portfolio. This role will be based in Cork/hybrid model with a focus on UK and Ireland markets
· Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
· Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
· Present our company to potential clients
· Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
· Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
· Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account Managers
· Report to the Inside sales management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
· Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new campaign offerings
- Experience: 1+ years in software sales
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (second European Language beneficial)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree prefered
- Drive : Highly motivated, target-driven, hunter mentality
- Skills: Lead qualification and CRM knowledge, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Presentation Abilities: Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
- Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
