Overview

Director, Global Revenue Enablement

 

At One Identity, we are evolving our approach to enablement to support the full revenue lifecycle. The Director of Global Revenue Enablement will lead the strategy and execution of programs that prepare our sales, presales, customer success, and partner-facing teams to deliver consistent, high-impact customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

 

This leader will be responsible for aligning enablement to company goals, embedding sales methodologies, and equipping teams with the knowledge, content, and tools needed to succeed in every customer interaction. The focus will be on driving pipeline creation, sales execution, and customer success motions that increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and expand long-term customer value.

 

 

Responsibilities

-Develop and lead a global revenue enablement strategy that supports pipeline development, deal execution, customer retention, and expansion

-Align enablement initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle, including prospecting, acquisition, onboarding, renewal, and expansion

-Design and deliver onboarding, continuous learning, and role-specific training programs that build core skills for pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and post-sale engagement

-Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure coordinated execution across pre-sale and post-sale teams

-Equip Customer Success Managers with the tools, messaging, and success plays needed to drive value realization, renewal readiness, and account expansion

-Embed Sales Processes into daily execution through coaching, deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and strategic account planning

-Create and manage sales playbooks, value-based messaging guides, prospecting sequences, competitive positioning resources, and renewal and expansion frameworks

-Ensure effective adoption and usage of platforms such as Salesforce, Mindtickle, and Litmos to support forecasting accuracy, sales productivity, and scalable learning

-Define and track clear performance metrics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ramp time, quota attainment, renewal rates, and customer growth

-Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Ops to strengthen forecast accuracy, deal inspection discipline, and overall sales execution through enablement-driven processes and tools

-Develop enablement programs for frontline managers and enterprise sellers focused on coaching, deal strategy, multi-threading, and executive engagement

-Contribute to annual planning and GTM strategy discussions to ensure enablement priorities are resourced and aligned to commercial objectives

-Lead a high-performing global enablement team and collaborate with regional leaders to balance global consistency with local effectiveness

Qualifications

-A minimum of eight years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or enterprise sales leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity

-Proven track record of building and scaling global enablement programs that directly impact revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer expansion

-Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and mastery of MEDDPICC and Sales Processes

-Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

-Experience designing and delivering enablement programs across sales development, sales, presales, and customer success functions

-Proficiency with modern sales and enablement technologies, including Salesforce, Mindtickle, Litmos, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

-Travel as needed - approx 20%

 

Preferred Experience

-Industry experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure

-Experience with partner and channel enablement strategies
