One Identity is seeking a Payroll Senior Analyst who will oversee the way we compensate employees to ensure all payments are accurate and on time.  You will ensure to maintain an efficient payroll process that complies with all federal and state regulations.   As a Payroll Analyst,your responsibilities include reviewing payroll data and documents for inefficiencies and errors, checking whether all amounts are accurate based on hours worked and ensuring payments are made on time.   It will also be responsible for handling those countries’ payroll that are assigned by the Payroll Director.

In your role as a Payroll Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll procedures, preparing reports and forecasts, and ensuring compensation and tax regulations are compliant.

Other payroll tasks include:

-Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies if it’s necessary

-Tax and benefits administration-related tasks based on country requirements

-Managing payment transactions via e-banking

-Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records

-Design, document, and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes

-Manage payroll calendars for the fiscal year

-Report to the Payroll Director on payroll issues and changes

-Answer employees’ questions about salaries and tax in HR ServiceNow

-Stay up to date on state payroll and tax laws

-Handle the on-and offboarding payroll-related processes

-Keep in contact with the certain country's trainee and benefit service provider to perform payroll-related tasks

-Conduct administrative tasks related to opening and closing of the year for payroll management

-Contact with payroll service providers (including contracted consultants)

The successful candidate will bring to the role experience in managing payroll processes. 

Other qualifications include:

-Experience of using HR databases and other IT systems

-2+ years relevant experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator or similar role (e.g.: in accounting)

-Deep knowledge of local payroll and tax regulations

-Hands-on commercial experience with payroll software

-Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field an advantage

-Strong numerical and advanced analytical / Excel skills

-Excellent attention to details

-Ability to work effectively with different teams

-Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and prioritize own work

-Business proficiency in English and local language
