One Identity is seeking a Lead UI Software Engineer to work on our award-winning product line of Safeguard. The ideal candidate is a creative person who will work on an agile team of brilliant developers and QA engineers to create the best world class security products. Based on requirements from product management, you will collaborate with technical architects and other engineers to arrive at a suitable design, build the functionality in code, write unit tests, and oversee the deployment of your new code into production, after successful peer code review and demo.

You will also help to train and guide others, participate and contribute to design discussions and help to plan upcoming development work.

- You will lead the development and implementation of the user interface for a web-based product using Angular, HTML5, CSS (including SCSS), and NPM. 

- You will translate design mockups and prototypes into highly functional and visually appealing UIs, ensuring a seamless user experience across the portfolio. 

- You will have the chance to work with the broader UI team to develop and maintain a robust library of reusable UI components for efficient and consistent UI development. 

- You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with user needs. 

- You will use your creativity to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards. 

- You will have the freedom to identify and troubleshoot UI issues, working independently and with the broader development team to resolve them efficiently. 

- You will have the chance to participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintain consistency. 

- You will have the opportunity to occasionally provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. 

- You should have minimum 5-10 years' experience using a modern javascript framework (Angular, React, Vue.js). Angular is preferred. 

- You should have HTML 5 knowledge

- You should have CSS (including SCSS) experience

- You should be familiar with using NPM 

Nice-to-have:

- Previous .NET and C# experience 

- Familiarity with NX workspaces 

- Experience using UX best practices and patterns
