We are currently looking for a Sales Enablement Advisor focused on our Information and Systems Management solutions.  This is a remote position which can be based anywhere in the USA.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed.  This individual has prior sales experience and a proven track record of success in Sales Enablement and is excited to develop their own skills while developing impactful training programs for our sales reps.  The sales enablement specialist will help our Quest Information and Systems Management sellers in North America understand and improve their ability to articulate our solutions, value propositions and market initiatives, and train sellers in the context of our sales process and marketing campaigns. The job will entail content curation, creating training materials and deliver that to the sales team.

Responsibilities

-Enable and measure success of field readiness from lead generation to deal close

-Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, channel, and other departments and key stakeholders

-Enable reps with sales and product knowledge to accelerate ramp and increase productivity

-Deliver training and workshops through both on-demand, virtual sessions

-Enforce sales methodologies and best practices in pipeline development through deal closing (win/loss)

-Focus on creating continuous learning for sales teams,provide coaching, and guidance for improvement

 

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  

-3+ years experience in sales and/or sales enablement roles with demonstrated application of customer centric and value based selling approaches

-Worked in IT/Software Industry; infrastructure software and database operations knowledge a plus

-Ability to work with multiple groups and cross level executives, managers, and individual contributors

-Capacity to quickly digest complex content and break it down into simple learning experiences

-Demonstrated presentation, training and coaching skills

-Versed in sales process (CRM), sales style, and sales methodology

-Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

-Up to 10% travel may be required.
