We are currently looking for a  Senior Presales Engineer, responsible for selling One Identity’s Identity Governance and Administration  (IGA) solutions to join our team.  This is a remote based role with territory travel to new or existing client sites in the West-US region.


-Help in building foundation practices that can help in delivering Pre-sales efforts to customers 

-Work with team to integrate identity solutions into the overall message

-Delivers compelling technical and industry thought leadership to persuade One Identity’s customers’ business and technical decision makers of the superior business value and technical capabilities of One Identity products and our long-term vision and strategy

-Obtain thorough grasp of customers’ business and technical issues in order to architect a compelling solution and clearly articulate how One Identity solves the customer’s specific challenges

-These engagements include technology presentations, customized product demonstrations, Proof of Concept exercises and concise architectural/solution documentation

-Travel to assist local One Identity account teams and One Identity partners in closing license deals in competitive sales situations and service strategic customers as they implement and maintain One Identity products 

-Work effectively within customer organizations by building stronger enterprise relationships from C level to the technical level personnel

-Maintains and regularly exercises expert level certification in applicable One Identity solutions as directed by management

-Provide expertise and forward-thinking strategies to key One Identity teams including other solution architects, sales, systems consulting, product management, professional services, support and relevant business units

-Oversee customer projects, directing the work of consultants and communicating with the customer and the One Identity services team in a clear and timely fashion, thereby ensuring successful implementation 

-Maintain skills in IGA, PAM, and Active Directory


-8+ years of overall related experience or combination of education and experience

-2+ Years’ experience with Identity Solutions  

-5+Years of experience working in a presales role

-Architect level Enterprise Identity Management experience with emphasis on Role Based Access Control

-Travel Requirements as needed

- Must be a maximum 1 hour commute from a major airport 

-Extensive experience in Identity Management

-Successfully delivering complex POCs or Pilots

-Understanding and designing solutions for heterogeneous environments and systems are essential

-Hands-on project experience mapping business requirements to business logic, designing and implementing custom identity workflows, resource provisioning, and role based access controls

-Expertise in access control list (ACL), Segregation of Duties (SoD), users, dynamic groups and roles planning and implementing

-Familiarity with Governance and Compliance issues and solutions as it relates to Identity Management 

-Familiarity with Privilege Access Management Solutions

-A key indicator of this experience would be a skill set that includes one or more of the following product suites: Sailpoint, Saviynt, Cyberark, Centrify, Thycotic, IBM/Tivoli Identity Management, Oracle Identity Management (or Oblix/COREid/Thor), Computer Associates Identity Management (or Netegrity), MIIS (Microsoft Identity Integration Server or MMS (Microsoft Management Server) or Zoomit), SunOne, Identity Management, Oracle Identity Manager, Novell Identity Manager, BMC Identity Management (or Passlogix),Waveset, Varonis or similar Governance suites

ctive Directory and Directory Services knowledge necessary, SunOne Directory Server (or JavaOne/iPlanet Directory Server), Novell eDirectory, LDAP, NIS, Kerberos, Unix/Linux account management, experience in modifying system parameters and reading, interpreting and creating regular expressions



- Experience in competing Identity Management, Privilege Management solutions
