The Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Analyst is an in-office role located in Austin, TX, that will responsible for maintaining and updating the customer’s account receivables through the application of cash receipts, timely and accurately in accordance with company policies.

-Oversee posting of all cash receipts (Check, ACH or Wire) in Oracle system daily
-Accessing bank portal to obtain payment information
-Perform customer investigation on open receipts
-Reconcile cash accounts daily to make sure that all items are accounted for
-Follow up with customers on payment details
-Communicate with collectors to resolve inadequate remittance advice issues (cash on account)
-Partner with Collections and other supporting teams within the company to provide better service and find potential solutions to different issues on the customer’s account
-Analyze or perform customer recon
-Manage individual cash buckets to clear open funds
-May assist in other special projects as required
-Communicate with GL team to resolve discrepancies in oracle
-Oversee Credit Debit and Cash Application Inbox’s
-High school diploma or relevant degree
-One or more years accounts receivable experience with working knowledge of cash application systems
-Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
-Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers.
-Proficient English (excellent verbal and written skills)
-Excellent organization skills
