One Identity is seeking a Software Engineer to join our small team of developers working on products that provide users with secure and convenient access to their provisioned applications. The ideal candidate is a creative person who will work on our apps on the macOS platform and work the full technology stack, from user interface to system level functionality. - You will use your creativity to establish a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use native applications on the macOS desktop platform

- You will have the freedom to design effective solutions by working with product management to understand customer requirements and prioritize delivery

- You will have the chance to keep abreast of new releases of the macOS and ensure product compatibility with supported versions

- You will have the opportunity to take ownership of application development, prioritize tasks, and help meet team, product, and general engineering objectives

- You will collaborate with engineering counterparts on other devices and platforms to ensure consistent architecture and product alignment

- You will have the chace to freely develop technical requirements, design architecture, and decompose tasks to effectively deliver new features while improving the quality of existing code

- You will have the opportunity to drive quality by writing modularized code that is testable, performant, and easy to maintain

- You will ensure correctness by expanding test coverage, performing integration testing, and automating tests for features and endpoints

- You will support coworkers by reviewing code, testing applications, clarifying documentation, and enhancing the cloud service platform

- You should have a deep understanding of the macOS platform, including authentication and security models.

- You should have 2+ years experience as a software engineer, including 1+ years working with macOS and/or iOS.

- You should have pervious work experience in tracking record of successfully delivering applications and working collaboratively in a professional environment.

- You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- You should have experience working with testing frameworks on macOS.

Nice-to-have:

- Coding skills in multiple languages, including Swift and Objective-C

- Experience with RESTful web services and understanding of cloud service architecture.

- Working knowledge of architecture and coding best practices and ability to create clean, well structured, and testable code.

- Familiarity with security protocols and standards (e.g., PKI, TLS, SSH) and Apple security frameworks.

- Knowledge of authentication protocols, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-on (SSO) systems.

- Familiarity with source control, automated build systems, and the Apple publishing platform.
