-Sells Quest’s software products and services
-Inside sales role, which primarily places outbound calls and correspondence and sells direct to small and mid-size business/institution customers
-Responds to customer inquiries
-Works effectively in a team environment
-Learns a broad range of Quest software technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
-Explains technical, industry, and market facts to position Quest Software as a competitive solution
-Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross- functionally, to support the sales process
-Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job
-Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions
-2+ years of outbound business-to-business phone marketing and/or sales experience and/or combination of education and experience
-Basic knowledge of the full range of Quest Software and 3rd party technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
-General industry and competitor knowledge
-Basic customer relationship skills
-Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job
-Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions
-Bachelor's degree or combination of work experience and education
