As the Marketing Technical Advisor, you will assist the Marketing Operations Team with a variety of business needs. A heavy focus will be on assisting with the management and implementation of business requirements, using insights from multiple Marketing Technology systems (ABM - Demandbase, Bombora, Marketing Automation - Eloqua, Marketo). An additional main workstream will be assisting with Customer segmentation requirements through SalesForce and ZoomInfo reporting tools.


-Managing multiple marketing automation systems while mapping business processes

-Assisting lead nurturing and email marketing teams to develop multi-stage nurturing and drip campaigns

-Developing reporting and analytics for marketing, database health, and scoring

-Project managing and implementing lead management processes and data integration from acquisitions

-Working with sales and marketing stakeholders to create and improve multiple lead scoring programs in worldwide programs

-Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, ABM Platforms) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads

-Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

-Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements

-Present system training to a variety of audiences

-Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance


-Previous working experience as a Marketing Operations Analyst

-Hands on experience with marketing automation systems (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)

-Experience with ABM and Intent Signaling technologies (DemandBase, Bombora, etc.)

-Experience with Customer list pulls using SalesForce and ZoomInfo.

-Outstanding analytical skills 

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Attention to detail
