The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Mexican market and a network of key relations across strategic customers and key verticals in the market. This role will be based in Mexico City, Mexico and form part of the Latin America Sales Organization, reporting into our General Manager, LATAM.


-Full ownership of new sales revenue in Mexican market

-Delivering on revenue growth targets within agreed budgets and being responsible for the account revenues
-To generate, follow up and convert leads for new high value opportunities within the addressable market

-The role will involve driving the sales process from initiation to completion, organizing and delivering promotional presentations, attending conferences, events and seminars, identifying and reporting new business opportunities

-Management of in-country operations and business development with the objective to increase overall revenue
-Development of short, medium and long-term strategic plans for the business
-Account management of existing customers including key account contact, forecasting, identifying new growth areas (depth and breadth), managing pricing and closing agreement/contracts
-Initiation of new partnerships
-Ensuring all specific reporting within required time frame including full use of CRM tool (SalesForce) with precision is carried out
-Providing timely summaries and insights about performance, sales activity, account management and strategy
-Ensuring account retention and maximum satisfaction of clients
-Initiation and maintenance of a strong link between partners and customers and Quest back office services in order to ease communication and facilitate the resolution of any issues
-Identification of trends through researching industry, related events and announcements


-Demonstrated skills and experience in revenue generation and business development
-Superior business planning skills
-Results-oriented with excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills

-Ability to interact effectively internally and externally at C-Level, superior networking skills. Strong communication skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all relevant clients/partners, third parties and internal colleagues
-Direct or indirect work experience in the software industry preferred
-Flexible, self-motivated, disciplined, self-starting
-Team-oriented, able to accept and create change
-Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
-Excellent attention to detail
-Fluent Spanish and English speaker



-CRM proficiency
