We are looking for a Sales Operations Consultant to support our North America One Identity and Global OneLogin sales teams. This position can be located in an office or 100% remote.


This position will be responsible for supporting sales and account management teams through operational and business support. Responsible for serving as primary interface between sales and other operational functions developing sales processes to achieve the organization’s objectives. Partners with sales leadership to guide programs, decision support and business process improvement including but not limited to anticipating demand, quota and territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, sales commissions calculations, sales maker attainment, account and lead management, annual planning and prioritization, sales automation, tools and reporting programs.


-Collaborates with cross functional teams to achieve the strategic and end-to-end operational objectives of the business

-Partners with the sales leadership team to ensure the pipeline is a clear representation of the business

-Responsible for timely delivery of sales forecast to applicable teams including CEO and Finance

-Runs weekly forecast calls for North America and Global OneLogin teams

-Provides support for all operational reporting requirements for the respective teams (including QBR’s, standard packages, SFDC dashboards and ad hoc requests)

-Liaison between Business Unit, Sales Support and IT to drive system enhancements to improve operational efficiency

-Works across departments on acqusition integration related objectives

-Collaborates with sales leadership to measure KPIs aligned to AOP and business

-Participates in AOP initiatives, quota and territory planning and manages ongoing attainment submission to commissions team

-Completes monthly manual commission calculations

-Improves sales processes, operational effectiveness and sales productivity

-Communicates regularly and effectively with leadership and team


-Bachelor's Degree or MBA with 5+ years experience

-Experience working in dynamic multi-country and cross-cultural environments

-Experience in enterprise technology industry, preferably saas software

-Proficiency with enterprise tools – SFDC, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Clari

-Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment, flexible and open-minded

-Creative thinking and problem solving skills

-Strong organizational and relationship building skills

-Demonstrated analytical and project management skills

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to effectively present information in a variety of delivery formats

-Collaborates well with key internal and external stakeholders

-Diagnose and resolve issues quickly

-Ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing projects

-Able to work with minimal direction
