For our Data Governance and Intelligence business, also known as Erwin, we are looking for an EMEA sales leader with a strong track record in the Data Governance and Intelligence space. This leader will lead the EMEA specialist team and will be accountable for growing the revenue and strategic execution. This opportunity is ideal for Regional Sales leaders in this space to step into an EMEA leadership role as part of an ambitious and fast-growing organisation.


-Manages and leads the EMEA sales team, communicates, implements and executes all sales activities and strategies to maximize sales revenues in line with corporate objectives.  Accurately forecasts revenue.

-Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members

-Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

-Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

-Manages software sales members in the sale of the company’s software products or services to specific existing named or strategic accounts on a geographic basis

-Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities

-Responsible for organizing cross functional teams’ engagement with accounts

-Assumes responsibility for sales objectives 


-10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience 

-Ability to travel up to 50% of the time  

-Strong understanding of customer/industry climate 

-Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge 

-Experience working with both Regional Partners and GSI’s 

-Experience selling Data Governance and Intelligence into large enterprise accounts.
