Inside Sales Rep III - TOLA - Data Protection

We are currently looking for a Inside Sales Rep focused on our Data Protection solutions in the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana (TOLA) Region

The Data Protection Inside Sales Rep role is responsible for selling the breadth of the products and services portfolio to a geographic and vertical set of accounts.

Responsibilities

-Sell Quest’s Data Protection portfolio of solutions including backup, storage, and disaster recovery and cloud centric technology

-Use best of breed sales experience to comfortably discuss business and technology issues with mid-to-senior level decision makers

-Manage and grow a territory within the Southern region, selling to a wide range of accounts in the commercial and public sector

-Acquire new customers and develop existing customers with a combination of sales hunting and closing techniques

-Territory and account management, including account planning and sales forecasting

-Achieve quarterly and annual financial targets

-Anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of Quest products and services

-Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on the industry, the Quest business model and competitors

-Work effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization guided by business plans and strategy

-Sell to Director, VP, CEO, CIO, CTO, etc. and may sell to purchasing groups or other decision-making authorities (NGO government boards etc.)

Qualifications

-3+ years successful experience in enterprise software and solution sales

-3+ years successful experience selling into small medium and large customers

-Self-motived, high work ethic, result driven individual

-Experience constructing deals with licenses and services

-Excellent written and oral communication skills

-Effective presentation and negotiation skills

-Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques

-Ability to sell to high-level executives using articulate value propositions

-Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships

-Business and financial acumen
