One Identity, a Quest Software business, helps organizations establish an identity-centric security strategy. We are currently looking for a Sr, Salesforce & Sales Operations Administrator to support the One Identity North America and OneLogin sales organization. The position can be located anywhere in the United States. 


This role supports the sales organization through customer, operational and business support. Responsible for developing processes and procedures to achieve the Business Unit’s (BU) objectives. Partners with sales operations and sales leadership to guide programs, decision support and business process improvement including but not limited to sales strategy and planning, quota territory strategy & planning, forecasting, account management, leads, planning and prioritization, closing strategies, sales automation, tools and reporting programs.


The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, self-starter with high attention to details, flexible to adjust to business requirements as required.


-Supports the efforts in the achievement of the strategic and end-to-end operational objectives for the One Identity North America sales organization and the global OneLogin sales organization

-Builds SalesForce reports and dashboards to support business needs and monitoring KPIs

-Leads regional team forecasting process – partnering with the sales leadership team on ensuring the pipeline is a clear representation of the business and helping the sales leadership team apply judgment as necessary.

-Helps in supporting sales rep's operations needs around forecasting, reporting, and closing business

-Assists in helping ensure CRM issues are brought to resolution

-Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning and execution efforts

-Provides support for all operational reporting (including QBR’s and ad hoc requests) for the teams

-May lead Quest-wide projects

-Leads go-to-market strategic projects to enable sales

-Focuses on influencing and delivering a positive customer experience.

-Improves sales processes, operational effectiveness and sales productivity.

-Interacts with cross-functional groups to solve business and customer issues

-Communicates regularly and effectively with leadership and team.

-Establishes an environment that promotes diligence, excellence, communications, teamwork, sense of urgency and efficiency in meeting the operational needs of the business, and is aligned with Quest’s Purpose, Vision and Values


-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

-4+ years relevant experience desired in the enterprise technology industry, in software

-Experience using excel and

-Experience using Clari, preferred

-Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment, flexible and open-minded

-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

-Strong organizational and relationship building skills

-Demonstrated analytical and project management skills

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Collaborates well with key internal and external stakeholders

-Diagnose and resolve issues quickly

-Ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing projects

-Able to work with minimal direction while solving complex problems in creative ways

-Demonstrated alignment with Quest’s purpose, vision and values
