Overview

One Identity, a Quest Software business, helps organizations establish an identity-centric security strategy. We are currently looking for an Quoting Specialist to support the OneLogin North America account management organization. The position can be located anywhere in the United States. 

 

The primary responsibility of the Quoting Specialist is to support the account management team in the building pricing renewal quotes. The position will serve as an interface between the account management organization and Quest's order fulfimment and sales support teams. 

 

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, self-starter with high attention to details, flexible to adjust to business requirements as required.

Responsibilities

-Price and quote renewal opportunities 180 days in advance

-Research data base to build accurate renewal quotes and ensure subscription accuracy as needed

-Maintain accurate SalesForce data and update renewal quotes as needed with price changes and additional licenses througout the sales cycle

-Work closely with the account management manager to ensure status of all renewal quotes are accurate

-Work closely with account managers to review upcoming renewals and ensure accuracy

-Participate in renewal forecast of current and past due renewal quotes

-Assist in training and onboarding of new account managers

-Provide business support for internal teams to ensure efficient completion of requests. Includes but not limited to building complex quotes or large quotes for sales organization

-Coordinates with other departments to improve processes, outline training needs, and reinforce training/processes

-Provide world class customer service to our internal teams

-Support end of month activities by ensuring sales reps are supported in quoting / requoting requirements 

Qualifications

-2+ years related experience in Sales, Operations, Order Management, or Finance

-High attention to details and accuracy

-Ability to work in a high pressure environment

-Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes

-SalesForce.com experience

-Able to work independently as well as within a team

-Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes

-Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

-Role will be supporting all time zones within US; standard office hours with the expectation that extra hours may be required around our busiest time of the month/quarter/year.
