The PreSales Operations Engineer aligns with the Quest Platform Management PreSales organization to oversee, maintain, and utilize the various infrastructures that support content sharing and technical labs.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will collaborate with the technical subject matter experts to clean, create, communicate, and publish content to align with the broad branding and messaging of our business unit. You will also manage all aspects of our technical hosted labs infrastructure.

• Participate in the administration and maintenance of Quest Platform Management demo lab infrastructure, including building, configuring, monitoring, patching, and deployment.
• Participate in the administration, cleaning, and management of the Pre-Sales content infrastructures and software solutions
• Own and manage the content creation and delivery process from beginning to end, including:
• Brainstorm and conduct interviews with managers and experts to define content
• Create content for multiple audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge and diverse role functions
• Communicate content with internal and external audiences to ensure alignment with business unit broad message and branding
• Publish content to internal training platforms and external customer facing platforms
• Define training needs through regular reviews with various client-facing and internal teams
• Maintain broad knowledge on all Quest Platform Management solution suite
• Maintain deep knowledge and certify on Quest Platform Management solutions as needed

• 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Windows Servers.

• 3+ years’ experience as a System Admin or infrastructure-management relevant experience

• Experience with content development and collaboration software (Examples: Camtasia, Litmos, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

• Experience with Skytap or similar cloud computing hosts for learning, developing, testing, training, and running enterprise applications

• Travel up to 25%

• Knowledge of security concepts, standards, and cyberattacks adversary tactics, including Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts and practices, NIST Framework, MITRE Attack Matrix.
