Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is managing a sales team responsible for selling software renewals. Drive renewal revenue at highest possible retention rate and protect renewal revenue stream. Manage team to ensure timely renewal of end users and promote awareness of upsell and cross sell opportunities. Close coordination with cross functional peers to maximize overall revenue to Quest (sales programs/teaming).

 

-Responsible for Americas renewal sales targets across multiple business units

-Manage roll up of Americas business unit focused forecast

-Drive attainment towards renewal rate targets

-Directs a team of renewal managers

-Provides direction, development and inspiration to the team members in the organization

-Responsible for the development and performance of all renewals sales activities in a assigned market 

-Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

-Builds a collaborative renewals selling model with our license sales team

-Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group

Qualifications

Requirements

-10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

-5+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skills

-Experience with Salesforce.com.

 

Preferences

-Prior experience managing a recurring revenue stream, preferably in software

-SaaS or Customer Success background.
